Women Only Gyms in Dallas!

Everything is bigger in Texas.. . That’s how the saying goes, I believe. So, let’s focus on Dallas this go round and provide a few options to the ladies who prefer to go to a ladies only Gym for their fitness routine.

GRIT Fitness

This is a relatively new gym, as it opened in January 2015. Formulating a music driven fitness classes the owner, Britt Rettig, believes, “that learning to endure though physical challenges teaches us to persevere through greater life challenges.” Cardio, Strength and Restore are the classes main components. If you’re close or around the Addison area go check it out!

Kaia FIT

Located in North Dallas, this gym has a year round plan which incorporates BRIKs three times and five week core sessions. There are also Yoga/Pilates, cross training, TRX suspension workout programs, a ten-week triathlon training program and a running program.

” The Kaia FIT program is designed to increase your fitness level and/or to get you excited about exercising and eating healthy. Finding camaraderie during these sessions is a vital component to everyone’s success. The women beside you each day feel exactly what you are feeling and give you the motivation to keep you coming back to class.”

Curves

Having various locations throughout the metroplex, Curves offers a wide range of exercise options to choose. Their cardio program contains a “higher intensity class touching on all facets of fitness including strength, cardio, speed, power, flexibility, coordination, and agility.” For the ladies who want to let some aggression out, they offer a boxing program that offers a, “higher intensity class combining cardio, strength, coordination, and balance in a traditional boxing format.”

If those don’t do it for you they also offer, balance program for improving stability and building a strong core as well as a body basics program.

Results Fitness for Women

Located out in Rockwall, TX, Fitness Results got a fitness center, spa center and daycare as well. There’s a plethora of fitness classes to take like Zumba, Yoga Chisel, Pure Strength, Muscle Max and Rock the Bottom. Want a little personal training?! There’s one-on-one and small group training as well.

After a workout, just hit up the spa.. . Not Bad.. .
